VCIC AND INTERNATIONAL EXPERT ADVISES TO ENHANCE CAPACITY FOR ENTERPRISES

From 20th – 31st March 2018, VCIC and PUM (Netherlands) continued implementing enterprise capacity enhancement advisory program for Vietnam Climate Innovation Startups. This is the 2nd mission within the framework of cooperation activities in knowledge transfer, support for enterprise sustainable development between VCIC and PUM.

Aims at directly solving specific issues, Mr. Anthony Hoovegen, the netherlands expert, has worked with 8 VCIC supported enterprises. With his strength in strategy planning, finance, IT and marketing, the expert answered many questions related to market research, market approach, market development as well as marketing model advisory and enhancing effectiveness of their marketing activities. At the same time, the expert will find and connect enterprises with other experts in production (Green Street), weather forecast (Agrimedia) and other fields.

In addition, the expert provided document templates and samples such as market research plan, marketing plan, marcom plan and supported them to complete their plans.

PUM (Netherlands) is an important partner of VCIC, collaborate to promoting startup entrepreneurship and sustainable development of startup clusters through knowledge transfer and support in advisory, training to enhance enterprises capacity from the network of over 3000 experts. Base on enterprises’’ demands, VCIC and PUM will look for suitable experts and implement as missions. Each mission lasts for approximately 2 weeks. The next mission is planned to be implemented in July 2018
