- Competition teams develop and finalize detailed project content
- At the end of the second round, the Jury will evaluate and announce the 12 best projects to participate in the Final round before 11:30 am on October 1, 2021.

📍 How to participate: Contestants submit the startup project idea file to the Organizing Committee before *11:30' on August 31, 2021* in the online form by 1 of 2 ways:
